For Our Tenant Find Service We offer the following Services. See Our Fee’s at the bottom of the page

• Referencing for Up to 2 Tenants
• Basic DBS checks on Tenants (The tenant must give their consent for the check) not a legal requirement for Tenants
• Advertising the property on major portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and etc
• Viewings (out of hours viewings available)
• key Holding during viewings 
• Handling of contracts including Tenancy Agreements
• Deposit Registration lead by our Clients accounts team
• Deposit negotiations at end of tenancy lead by our Clients accounts team
• Beginning and end of tenancy Inventories
• Rental & Property Valuation 
• Although we will not be responsible for our Landlords being Compliant with the Landlord Regulations we go out of our way to ensure that our Landlords know there legal duties and are complaint 

Fee - £50 - one off payment for Upto 2 Tenants.
